Enquiries
If you contact us by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number and your request) solely to answer your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The details are not used for advertising or passed on to third parties without your consent.
We keep this data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Online scheduling (Calendly)
For online appointment booking we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly is only loaded once you actively click a booking button; no data is sent to Calendly before that. When you book, Calendly processes the details you enter (e.g. name, email address, chosen slot) on our behalf to manage the appointment and send confirmations. Data may be transferred to the USA; Calendly relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for this. More information: calendly.com/privacy. Alternatively, you can always contact us by phone or by email.
Server log files and hosting
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records technical information (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used to operate the website securely and reliably and is not combined with other data sources.
Cookies and fonts
This website only uses one technically necessary cookie to remember your chosen language. Only once you open online booking may Calendly set its own cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Fonts are loaded directly from our server; no connection to Google servers is made.
Your rights
Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, and to its correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Please contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
