Since our founding, we have seen ourselves not just as builders of property, but as creators of living spaces. We identify potential where others see only wasteland, and we develop concepts that convince aesthetically, functionally and economically.

Founder & real estate specialist

I have worked in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. As a federally certified property manager, I combine many years of experience in property management, buying and selling with expertise in project development, construction, engineering and safety.

My career took me from electrical engineering through IT, multimedia and project management to leadership roles and safety management for demanding construction, energy and infrastructure projects.

Today I bring all of this experience together at Budgethomes: from acquiring the land, the project idea and planning through to the permit, construction and marketing.

My aim: to recognise potential, develop projects thoughtfully and create lasting value.

For more than 30 years, building has been my true passion. For me, there is hardly anything more rewarding than watching a first idea grow into a finished home. The moment people receive the keys to their new house is especially fulfilling – the pure joy in their eyes is my greatest motivation. Thanks to my many years of experience, including internationally, I accompany every building project with sound expertise and high standards of quality.
